Hyn në zbatim Marrëveshja e bashkëpunimit ndërmjet Univerisiteti Mesdhetar të Shqipërisë dhe Universitetit Aldo Moro të Barit

Pas nënshkrimit të Marrëveshjes së bashkëpunimit ndërmjet Univerisiteti Mesdhetar të Shqipërisë dhe Universitetit Aldo Moro të Barit në Tiranë, pak muaj me parë, u nënshkrua në Bari, Protokolli i realizimit te saj. Si përfaqësues i UMSH-së, protokolli u nënshkrua nga rektori, akademik Gudar Beqiraj, kurse në emer Universitetit të Barit, nga rektori i tij, prof. Dr. Antonio Felice Uricchio. Të pranishëm në ceremoni Ishin Presidenti i UMSH, Akademik Prof.Dr Anastas Angjeli, dekani i Fakultetit te Shkencave Juridike dhe Marredhenieve nderkombetare te UMSH, Prof.Dr, Ksenofon Krisafi, si dhe drejtues të tjerë të Universitetit të Barit. Protokolli përmban një program veprimtarish konkrete që do të ndërmerren nga të dy universitetet për vënien në jetë të Marrëveshjes, si organizimi i seminareve dhe veprimtarive të tjera me karakter shkencor dhe didaktik në disiplinat juridike dhe ekonomike. Marrëveshja do të realizohet nga një komision i përbashkët, i përbërë nga profesorë nga të dyja palët.Me këtë rast u shkëmbyen mendime për zbatimin gjatë vitit të pare të disa projekteve konkrete. Midis tyre jane ngritja e klinikes ligjore prane Fakultetit të Shkencave Juridike dhe Marrëdhënievs Ndërkombëtare të UMSH, ndërmarrja bashkërisht e nje projekti kërkimor shkencor për traditën e kanuneve shqiptare në komunitetet arbëreshe në Itali etj.
