STUDY TRANSFER
a) The request addressed to the Higher Education Institution (HEI) for the study program to which the student will transfer (or the application form according to Annex No. 6).
b) The full study program plan, including the relevant syllabi.
c) A transcript of grades and credits earned for each course and completed requirement, which will be used for the recognition/equivalency of grades from the previously attended study program. Students transferring from a foreign higher education institution must submit the full study program plan, including syllabi, as well as the transcript of grades and credits, translated into Albanian and certified as true copies of the originals.
d) A notarized copy of the high school graduation certificate (for candidates who completed high school in the Republic of Albania before 2011). In the absence of the State Matura diploma or high school graduation certificate, a duplicate of the graduation certificate issued by the high school and verified by the relevant Regional/Local Education Directorate (DRAP/ZVAP), or a transcript issued by the State Archive must be submitted.
e) A photocopy of the identification document (ID card, identity card, or passport).
f) Two personal photographs.
SECOND STUDY PROGRAM
a) The request addressed to UMSH for the study program in which the applicant applies for a second degree (or the application form according to Annex 6).
b) A notarized copy of the previously obtained university degree, accompanied by the diploma supplement.
c) A transcript of grades and credits earned for each course and completed requirement, which will be used for the recognition/equivalency of grades from the previously attended study program (if recognition of completed exams and/or credits is required).
d) A notarized copy of the high school graduation certificate (for candidates who completed high school in the Republic of Albania before 2011). In the absence of the State Matura diploma or high school certificate, a duplicate issued by the high school and verified by DRAP/ZVAP, or a transcript issued by the State Archive must be submitted.
e) A photocopy of the identification document (ID card, identity card, or passport).
f) Two personal photographs.
FOREIGN CITIZENS
a) The application form according to Annex No. 2 of this guideline.
b) A copy of the diploma/certificate and transcript, recognized by QSHA (Albanian Qualifications Authority).
c) A photocopy of the identification document (ID card, identity card, or passport).
d) Proof of knowledge of the Albanian language, obtained at the Faculty of History and Philology, University of Tirana (for programs taught in Albanian), as well as other languages known by the candidate. Foreign citizens of Albanian nationality with very good knowledge of Albanian may submit any document from the country of origin proving knowledge of the Albanian language.
e) Two personal photographs.
MASTER
a) Diploma, or a notarized copy of it, of the first cycle of studies completed in the Republic of Albania. For degrees obtained abroad, a copy certified as true to the original, or in its absence another official document issued in the country of study confirming eligibility to continue university studies, must be submitted.
b) State Matura diploma together with the transcript of grades, or a notarized copy confirmed by DRAP/ZVAP. Candidates who completed high school before the entry into force of Decision No. 876, dated 3.11.2010, submit the high school graduation certificate or its duplicate certified by DRAP/ZVAP, or a document from the State Archive together with the transcript of grades.
c) Application form according to Annex No. 5 of this guideline.
d) Photocopy of identification document (ID card, identity card, or passport).
e) Two personal photographs.
