The Mediterranean University of Albania, accredited in all its programs, is one of the most elite institutions of higher education in Albania. The Development Strategy 2025–2032 of the Mediterranean University of Albania represents a fundamental document, which sets the foundations for a profound and comprehensive institutional, academic, and social transformation. This document is not limited to defining short-term objectives but aims to articulate a strategic vision that positions the university as a key actor on the Albanian, regional, and European academic map. In essence, the strategy combines three key dimensions that constitute the guiding axis of the institution's development:

• Harmonization with European standards of quality assurance, in accordance with the fundamental document "Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area – ESG 2015";
• Adaptation of programs and scientific research to the dynamics of the Albanian, regional, and European labor markets, aiming to increase employability and the transfer of knowledge in function of economic and social development;
• Integration of global trends in higher education, where digitalization (including the use of Artificial Intelligence), the transition toward sustainable development, and the deepened internationalization of universities stand out.

The Mediterranean University of Albania affirms the vision to be consolidated, by the year 2032, as a quality university in Albania and the region, recognized and appreciated for its academic standards and for its role as an important actor of development in the Albanian university market and beyond.
