The Mediterranean University of Albania is licensed by Order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Albania, No. 214, dated April 22, 2024, as one of the Higher Education Institutions in our country authorized to conduct the: Mandatory Training Program for Real Estate Broker Candidates.

This program prepares candidates to become skilled specialists capable of operating in the real estate market with comprehensive legal, economic, and practical knowledge. It includes modules on property valuation, procedures for sales, leasing, and exchange, as well as aspects of registration with the State Agency of Cadastre (Real Estate Registration Office). Trainees will become familiar with relevant legislation, tax obligations, and rules of professional ethics.

The program includes training in:

• Negotiation and communication in real estate;
• Legislation on taxes and duties;
• Knowledge of civil and commercial law;
• Professional ethics, mediation, and liberal professions;
• Practical internship;
• Fundamental principles of property valuation, management, and maintenance;
• Criminal offenses against real estate, organized crime, and money laundering;
• Legal regime of real estate;
• Drafting of contracts;
• Marketing and sales (Digital Marketing).

Through practical case studies, participants learn to manage relationships between parties and conduct transparent mediations. At the conclusion of this training, a test is administered which requires candidates to achieve a score of at least 80% to pass. Upon passing the test, participants are prepared to apply for licensing at the Ministry of Justice in accordance with national legal requirements. Beyond the opportunity to be licensed as a broker, this mandatory training program provides a solid foundation for building a sustainable career in the field of real estate.
