Zv. Kryeministrja,Senida Mesi me studentët e UMSH: Si po reformohet administrata publike

Zv. Kryeministrja Senida Mesi, ishte sot e ftuar në Universitetin Mesdhetar të Shqipërisë, për të mbajtur një leksion të hapur për studentët me temë “Reforma në administratën publike, prioritet kyç për integrimin europian”.Në ligjëratën e saj Zv. Kryeministrja, u ndal në hapat që po ndërmerren për riorganizimin e administratës publike,për të arritur ato standarde që na afrojnë me BE-në. Qëllimi kryesor i reformës, është rritja e cilësisë së shërbimeve që ofron administrata publike, duke u larguar sa më shumë nga burokracitë dhe duke i shërbyer qytetarëve me profesionalizëm. “Reforma ka filluar me riorganizimin institucional, rishikimin e funksioneve të të gjitha institucioneve dhe agjencive të varësisë, me qëllim ristrukturimin e tyre, për të rritur efiçencën, duke rindërtuar nga themelet marrëdhënien e qytetarit”, u shpreh zv. Kryeministrja. Në ligjëratën e saj, ajo renditi si shumë të rëndësishme shtimin e numrit të shërbimeve publike online që do të kontribuojnë në modernizimin dhe uljen e korrupsionit, apo edhe përmirësimin e cilësisë së shërbimeve publike
