Njohje dhe ekuivalentim i gradës “Doktor” DI.KA.TSA, Athinë, Greqi, (1993) Titull Profesor i Asociuar (2021). Kualifikime afatshkurtra dhe afatgjata në universitete të huaja, në Greqi (1991, 1998, 2005, 2012, 2013), Francë (1995), në fushën e marketingut, promocionit të produkteve dhe shërbimeve, menaxhimit të kompanive dhe sipërmarrjes. Kualifikime brenda vendit në fushën e vlerësimit të pasurive të paluajtshme.

Drejtimet e kërkimit: Marketing me fokus te shitjet direkte, sipërmarrja me fokus te sipërmarrja universitare dhe start-ups, dhe statistika me fokus te vlerësimi i stokut të kapitalit njerëzor në Shqipëri.

Eksperienca: Në mësimdhënie si lektor i teorive të mendimit ekonomik, marketingut, promocionit, sipërmarrjs dhe biznesit të vogël, që nga viti 1982, në disa universitete të vendit. Përvojë në administratën publike, në pozicione drejtimi (1996-1999) dhe në aktivitete biznesi, në sipërmarrje, organizim dhe drejtim kompanish të fushave të prodhimit dhe shërbimit që nga 1990 e në vazhdim. Angazhuar si konsulent për biznese të reja shqiptare në fushën e tregtisë dhe shërbimeve, sidomos në sektorët e turizmit, marketingut, vlerësimit të pasurive të paluajtshme.
Aktualisht lektor në Fakultetin e Shkencave Ekonomike, Departamenti i Ekonomisë, UMSH; njëkohësisht Zëvendës Rektor dhe përgjegjës për punën shkencore pranë UMSH.

Publikimet: Pjesëmarrës në seminare e konferenca shkencore brenda dhe jashtë vendit; autor i shumë artikujve shkencorë në revista të fushës ekonomike brenda dhe jashtë vendit. Bashkëautor tekst universitar “Promocioni” (1998).
