Memorandum of Cooperation, 20 other students of the Mediterranean University employed in a bank.

20 other students of the Mediterranean University of Albania will be employed at one of the largest banking institutions in the country, part-time.

According to the framework of the cooperation with Raiffeisen Bank, already a successful one, not only is the integration of the students continuing, but also their employment in the bank. Recently, based on the performance, job interviews were conducted with some students of the Mediterranean University. Our student Elidon Xhexhovi is part of Raiffeisen Bank now! The SDS project that proceeds at Raiffeisen bank consists in the selection of master level students, to accomplish their internship at Raiffeisen Bank in the Direct Sales Department where students will: get acquainted with the bank's products, progress with customer-employee communication, be trained by various programs of the bank, grow professionally by closely following the way the staff operates with branches.

"Owing to this project, there are many employment opportunities for low or medium-level jobs for all the best students. This program has operated successfully for many years in this aspect ", said Blerti Lekbello, the director of this project, during the first training with the selected students of this academic year.

The Director of Master Programs at MUA, Orkida Ilollari, said that the participation of students, attending master programs at MUA, in this professional internship is an excellent opportunity to comprehend how the banking system operates. Moreover, it is a good opportunity for student employment, similar to the previous years.
