Edukimi: Diplomuar në Universitetin e Tiranës në Financë (1984), Master për Programim Kompiuteri (1986), Master në Financë (2000). Master Ekzekutive nga Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government në (2001) në “Leadership and Management”. Ekspert Kontabël (1996). Doktor i Shkencave nga ISE, UT me temë “Auditimi i Brendshëm, domosdoshmëri për rritjen e eficiencës së Qeverisjes” (2014). Titulli Prof. Asoc, Instituti i Studimeve Europiane, UT (2014).

Eksperienca: Eksperiencë shumëvjeçare në fushën e financave, programimit, buxhetit e taksave në Ministrinë e Financave, në Fond Investimesh dhe konsulenca. Eksperiencë në mësimdhënie në UT dhe UMSH. Kryetare e Këshillit Kombëtar të Kontabilitetit. Aktualisht mban detyrën e Zv.Rektores për Koordinimin dhe Burimet Njerëzore në Universitetin Mesdhetar të Shqipërisë. Është lektore pranë Departamentit të Financë, Bankë dhe Kontabilitetit, duke ofruar mësimdhënie në lëndët e Auditimit, Kontabilitetit të Kostos dhe Drejtimit, Kontabilitet Menaxherial. Eshtë njohëse shumë e mirë e gjuhës angleze dhe italiane.

Fusha e ekspertizës: Auditimi i Jashtëm dhe i Brendshëm, Raportimi Financiar dhe Standardet Kombëtare dhe Ndërkombëtare të Raportimit Financiar, Menaxhimi Financiar dhe Implementimi i Teknologjive Inovative.

Publikimet: Autore dhe bashkautorë e punimeve shkencore të lidhura me fushën e ekspertizës. Pjesëmarrëse në konferenca kombëtare dhe ndërkombëtare. Autore dhe bashkautorë në tekstet: “Auditimi, Mjet për një Qeverisje më të mirë “(GA 2015), “Analiza Ekonomike e Projekteve” (GA,AN,RQ 2014). Greta Angjeli.
