Prof. Asoc. Dr. Përparim Kabo me një përvojë 42 vjeçare në fushën e arsimit si lektor, kërkues shkencor dhe autor librash, shpërfaq një personalitet të spikatur të jetës akademike dhe kulturore. Në punën e tij për 2 vite ka qënë këshilltar i lartë i Kryeministrit për çështjet e arsimit, shkencës, fesë dhe pakicave kombëtare.
Ka një aktivitet të gjërë botues brenda dhe jashtë vendit si në Francë, Spanjë dhe tani së fundmi në Çeki, Hungari dhe në Itali. Ka marrë pjesë në tubime shkencore ndërkombëtare me referime brenda dhe jashtë vendit.
Është nderuar me çmimin "Aleksandri i Madh", është nderuar me çmimin e UNESCO-s. Ka kontribute në fushën e artit dhe kulturës edhe si kritik arti. Kontributi i tij është i vlerësuar edhe në çështje të shoqërisë civile. Dallohet për prezencë aktive dhe profesionale në median e shkruar dhe atë audiovizive.
