Mediterranean University of Albania has inaugurated the new campus of the Faculty of Medical Sciences, an investment aimed at providing modern infrastructure and European-standard curricula for Albanian and international students.

At the inauguration ceremony, the President of Mediterranean University of Albania, Academician Prof. Dr. Anastas Angjeli, emphasized the importance of this development, highlighting that higher education cannot exist without infrastructure that meets the demands of quality teaching, scientific research, and contemporary technological advancements.

The Rector of the University, Prof. Dr. Adrian Civici, described the project as an important step toward fulfilling the institution’s academic mission, placing the Faculty of Medical Sciences at the center and stressing the need to develop research and practical applications in the field of medicine.

Meanwhile, the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Mihal Tase, stated that the main objective is to prepare students with the appropriate professional and humanistic education, enabling them to effectively support patients in hospitals, clinics, and family medicine practices.

The new campus has been designed to meet the highest standards of educational infrastructure. It includes lecture halls equipped with contemporary technology, modern laboratories for medical practice, and spaces that encourage the development of scientific research and innovation.

This investment marks another step forward for Mediterranean University of Albania in its mission to build a high-quality, practical education aligned with the latest developments in science and technology.
