The Faculty of Economic Sciences successfully organized the event “Student Debate 2026” on the topic “The Future: Uncertainty or Opportunity?”

For the umpteenth consecutive year, the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the Mediterranean University of Albania successfully organized this year’s “Student Debate 2026” on the theme “The Future: Uncertainty or Opportunity?”, bringing together students, lecturers, and mentors in an academic discussion forum on the challenges and transformations of the modern era.

Throughout the event, students presented and debated current topics related to artificial intelligence, the financial system, FinTech, the labor market, academic ethics, and technological innovation, offering critical analyses and concrete perspectives on developments that are shaping the economy and society.

The debate took place in a professional and interactive atmosphere, highlighting the analytical skills, research spirit, and high level of preparation of the participating students. The event once again confirmed the importance of academic debates in the professional and intellectual development of students, creating real opportunities for critical thinking, argumentation, and academic collaboration.
