Mediterranean University of Albania at EM-HERI 2026 and the EMUNI General Assembly

The Mediterranean University of Albania was represented by its General Administrator, Mr. Ilir Hebovija, at the EM-HERI 2026 Annual Meeting and the EMUNI General Assembly, held in Tunisia.

The event brought together representatives of universities and partner institutions from the Euro-Mediterranean region to discuss the latest developments in higher education, scientific research, innovation, and international cooperation.

As part of the event, Mr. Hebovija held a meeting with the President of EMUNI, Prof. Dr. Rado Bohinc, during which new opportunities for cooperation between the two institutions were discussed. The discussions focused on the development of joint academic programs, the expansion of opportunities for students and staff through the Erasmus+ programme, as well as the planned visit of President Bohinc to the Mediterranean University of Albania in the autumn of this year.

The participation of the Mediterranean University of Albania in these events reaffirms the University's commitment to strengthening international partnerships and creating new opportunities for students, academic staff, and collaborative research projects.
