Director of the Abdulaziz Saud Albabtain Chair for Arabic Language and Culture at MUA, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Arben Cici meets the charge d'affaires at the Embassy of the State of Kuwait in Albania, the Deputy Head of the Mission, Mr. Adnan Alghunaim

The Charge d'affaires and Deputy Head of Mission at the Embassy of the State of Kuwait in Albania, Mr. Adnan Alghunaim received the Pro-Rector of the Mediterranean University of Albania, and the Director of the Abdulaziz Saud Albabtain Chair for Arabic Language and Culture, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Arben Cici.

Professor Cici presented the center's activities for the academic year 2024-25 and its goal for the spread of Arabic culture, language and history and the promotion of cooperation in the exchange of programs, students and academics in areas of mutual interest between the Mediterranean University of Albania and the Universities of the State of Kuwait.

Close cooperation with the Embassy of the State of Kuwait and other Arab embassies in Albania is an important task of the Chair's activity, underlined Professor Cici, adding that the Abdulaziz Saud Albabtain Chair for Arabic Language and Culture at MUA remains an important bridge of this cooperation, not only between the universities of our countries, but also between Albania and all Arab countries, in the university, academic, heritage and culture fields.

Mr. Adnan Alghunaim appreciated the Abdulaziz Saud Albabtain Chair for Arabic Language and Culture and supported its expected activities for the academic year 2024-25 as an extraordinary opportunity to positively influence the excellent relations between the two countries. He expressed his willingness to cooperate considering these activities as a good possibility in the promotion of culture, history and Arabic language in Albania and the strengthening of bilateral relations at the university and academic level as well.

The meeting, which took place at the Embassy of the State of Kuwait in Tirana, was very cooperative and friendly.
