Successful Data Journalism Training for Students in the Framework of the WEBJOU Project: KOSOVO's PILOT

From September 23 to 27, 2024, the WEBJOU Project held its online Data Journalism Training for participants from Kosovo. This pilot program brought together participants and equipped them with valuable skills in data journalism through expert-led modules and hands-on learning.

One of the highlights of the training was a session on social media management, led by Ilda Kashami from the Mediterranean University of Albania. This session provided participants with essential strategies for managing social media platforms effectively, a crucial skill for amplifying the reach of data journalism and engaging with audiences online.

Through this session, along with the rest of the training, participants gained key insights into how to leverage social media to promote and share data-driven stories, ultimately increasing their visibility and impact.
