Erasmus+ "Schools' Ability to Adapt in the Modern Educational Context: Navigating Resilience - SAMER"

In line with the objectives of the EU-funded Erasmus+ Programme, the 2-year SAMER project contributes to strengthening the resilience, well-being, and adaptability of schools in a rapidly changing world. The project focuses on mental well-being, digital competence, and the ability of students, teachers, and school leaders to navigate technological and social change. With a focus on educational institutions, SAMER promotes international cooperation and the exchange of good practices, creating concrete tools that support the daily work of schools.

Main objectives of SAMER:

  • Development of a self-assessment tool for mapping school resilience.
  • Creation of a digital platform with practical recommendations and openly accessible educational materials
  • Provision of science-based guidelines and good practices to support schools in facing modern challenges.

The project runs from October 2025 to September 2027, is implemented in collaboration with 7 partners from Lithuania, Albania, North Macedonia, Finland, and Estonia, and is organized into 5 work packages.
